Pros

Great benefits package is provided to full time employees.

Cons

Management does not have the skills and are not willing to learn the skills to effectively manage and grow employees. They consistently cut corners to do twice the work and expect employees to work 50+ per week. Management supports unprofessional mannerism such as constant cursing at employees and creating an environment of fear and borderline workplace misconduct. Management will performance manage employees during huddles (on the floor) and not in a private environment. High turn over due to managements unethical business practices toward the business and employees.

Good support for new people managers were very helpful and always available

Cons

Micromanage every second of your time; have to put in a request to go to the bathroom and wait for someone to grant it Expect you to put exceptions to your time after your shift ends on your own time Half hour lunch by the time I brought my lunch or heated my leftovers and went to the bathroom. I barely had time to wolf it down. Unrealistic call times Systems are horrible and crashing all the time expect you to be in at least 15 minutes before your shift unpaid to set up all the programs on your computer
