      Everything is amazing be it environment, culture, management. Very supportive superiors plus lot of surprises for employees on various festivals and occassions. Goody bag on birthday and anniversary.

      Cons

      Cannot think of any as it is a truly good organization.

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
