Pros

The location in Tampa Florida is a very nice campus. It is a fairly new facility with decent amenities such as a fitness center (fee required), an onsite cafeteria (mediocre), and very nice views of the local wildlife (it is on a wildlife preserve). As an employee in my current position, I am given a lot of freedom to plan my daily activities.

Cons

Everything I do is checked, rechecked, and triple checked. From the letters I write, to the payments I make. It sometimes feels like I’m in 8th grade English all over again. You are only allowed to have 3 unplanned absences a year. (even though you get over 15 PTO days) So please be sure to not get sick or have any emergencies as you will be written up. We had through the roof profits the last several years yet we still have to pay for the onsite fitness center.
