Cons
MINDBODY continuously rolls out strategies and culture initiatives that are half-built on lies. The stress of working to control, cover and catch the lies and gaps became too hard, Operationally it's a nightmare, pitting managers against other managers, teams against teams. Things are rolled out without buy in or understanding, and the levels of conflict and deceit rise to all time highs in meetings. It feels as if most meetings could be an email, and others are merely called to just look for trouble. It leads to a mismatch of expectation between the business and the customer in addition to the internal confusion.
