Pros
- Wellness stipend ($65/month to go towards anything 'wellness' related - New CEO announced exciting new benefits - company time off between Christmas and New Years, improved health benefits, etc. - I'm so glad I don't work here anymore
Cons
- Extremely low pay - Company was shady about commission and pay structure. I asked several people and no one could give a clear answer as to what my OTE should be. Calculating anticipated pay was extremely complicated - it shouldn't be that complicated to tell your sales team what their targets should be and how that translates to pay. - I am still amazed by how toxic and unprofessional management was. Several conversations in both team meetings and one-on-ones were extremely inappropriate and borderline harassment - You have to clock in and out which is weird - Obviously, layoffs in October greatly impacted so many people.
