Pros

Hard to say, but all peers have a shared view.

Cons

This company is plagued by deeply dysfunctional leadership. The CEO fosters an environment where fear is the primary management tool—not trust, collaboration, or respect. Employees are micromanaged into submission, often treated like children and openly yelled at—both in private and in front of peers. Watching colleagues be publicly berated is a routine part of the job. Voicing expertise or offering alternative ideas is not just discouraged; it’s actively shut down. The CEO insists on absolute control and treats dissent or independent thinking as a threat. This results in a culture where people are afraid to speak, creativity is stifled, and talented individuals are pushed out or silenced. To make matters worse, there have been direct requests from leadership—to inflate the company’s public image by asking employees to write positive Glassdoor reviews. This kind of manipulation is not only misleading, it’s a perfect example of the company’s performative, surface-level approach to its problems. If you value professional respect, psychological safety, or the ability to do meaningful work without constant interference and intimidation, avoid this company.

Pros

Working at Miroma Project Factory has been an incredibly positive experience. The standout feature of this company is the exceptional management team and their respect for work-life balance and resource allocation. As a developer, your technical advice is actually listened to. For instance, when dealing with legacy systems or major architectural upgrades (like transitioning frameworks), management trusts your judgment on what is worth fixing and what should be rebuilt. They don't force you into impossible deadlines; instead, they encourage transparent communication. If you are juggling multiple projects, the PMs and the GM are highly flexible, collaborative, and willing to renegotiate priorities to ensure you aren't overwhelmed. The team culture is highly professional, and you get to work alongside smart, pragmatic people who focus on delivering real value rather than just ticking boxes.

Cons

Because it's a dynamic environment with multiple active projects (and some legacy platforms in maintenance mode), you might find yourself context-switching occasionally. However, as long as you communicate your bandwidth clearly, management is fully supportive in helping you manage the load.

Pros

Having been with Miroma Project Factory for several years, I can confidently say the engineering work is fantastic. The projects are highly diverse and interesting, which keeps the day-to-day work engaging and prevents stagnation. If you want to expand your skill set, this is a great place to do it; there are constant opportunities to learn new technologies. The company genuinely supports this growth by providing dedicated time to learn and covering certificate training The people here are friendly and supportive, making for a highly collaborative team environment. The office is nicely decorated, and well-stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. Smaller perks, like getting your birthday off, work from anywhere week, 2 days remote per week, add to a positive overall benefits package

Cons

Project deadlines can sometimes be tight, requiring a strong sense of urgency. When it comes to communication, feedback has sometimes been delivered in a very direct manner. However the company is actively improving how feedback is delivered to make it more constructive
