      Pros

      An employee share incentive scheme which locks you into employment with Mitie for approx 3yrs before you see a return on your investment. Arguably may be considered as a handcuff to stop you leaving once you realise how bad it is.

      Cons

      Bullying Culture - always looking for blame Not listening to feedback - people at the coal face know what the issues are. But are always ignored, told they are wrong. Processes - nothing works, anywhere. Complete disorder wherever you look
