The people and the culture have made a big difference. We were, and still are, given time to learn what we need to learn and contribute wherever we can to the learning initiatives. Everyone supports your effort in supporting our customers. This is teamwork at its best, and is designed around remotees. I do not feel like I am in an isolated bubble. We meet often with colleagues on line and look forward to any in person events. Enthusiasm is high, people are outstanding, the culture allows for diversity and there is always lots to keep you busy. The time has just flown by, two years already! I continue to enjoy the rollercoaster, this ride is worth taking! The skills learned here will definitely make my future brighter. Looking forward to the next twists and turns.
