- One of the last truly remote friendly companies in the industry where you are trusted to get on with your work from anywhere, but given frequent opportunities to connect with your team in person - Interesting and exciting projects to work on; very high UX maturity where you're encouraged to do what is right for the user, not what is quickest or easiest for the business - Managers are amazing, balancing supporting you with giving you space to lead your own projects - something that I've found to be very rare in previous jobs - A truly lovely company culture where positivity towards your fellow Monzonauts is encouraged; there is room for everyone to grow and succeed - Lots of separate communities for interests or things like neurodiversity, LGBT etc. which is a real godsend in helping you feel supported and understood at work - Can't say enough how much my wellbeing has improved since joining Monzo and leaving more toxic workplace cultures behind!
