Pros
Fairly flexible working hours and dress codes for staff.
Cons
Don't give a rip about their employees. Will work their employees without overtime, give individual ofice managing partners too much leeway in deciding employees' "loyalty", no training for new employees, obsolete software for a firm this size, lousy pay, no perks, no employee recognition for work over and beyond efforts, email monitoring, no employee manual, no common rules among all offices.
