Cons
Everyone is incredibly kind and seeet within the first 3 months to ensure you do not decline ‘The Offer’
They do not “develop” you (was told there was a development pot when I interviewed for the job, but my manager said he didn’t agree a course I applied for was right for my development)
Some members of the senior leadership team have favourites
There’s some weird meditation that happens at some meetings
New age developer who think out of the box. I was encouraged to develop and keep hungry. They only want the best people so you can expect to be working with some very clever people hardworking people which makes you raise your game. There was always a personal touch from the top too. MD would call you up and see how you were getting on and thank you for your work. He knew everyone’s name and what they were contributing. The company as a whole wants to do the right thing and build quality for its customers. Simple but affective.
Cons
Not a lot really looking back. I would definitely want to work for them again in the future if the opportunity arose.
