      Bullying Management Style

      Pros

      I know senior management have great salaries and bonuses. If you are not a brown nose or a manager, however, your salary may be a dissapointment.

      Cons

      Certain Directors management technique is to scream, curse and bully not only their team but also the contractors working on the job. Hard work is only rewarded if you shout at the rooftops for it. Mount Anvil doesnt recognise people who work hard in silence. Management positions will be handed out to anyone, regardless of if they have the skills require to manage a team. Directors will lie through their teeth to cover themselves

      Cons

      It's a challenging environment to work in but that's what I enjoy so cant complain!

      Pros

      Interesting projects, great head office location good salary and benefits lots of social activities.

      Cons

      Mount Anvil has the basic of being a great company, however, there is a culture of playing favourites which goes all the way to the top of the company. There is almost weekly emails notifying staff that a colleague has "left" suddenly and it does not leave you with a feeling of security. There are some difficult people especially in the Document Control department and they create a unpleasant working environment that almost boarders on bullying.
