      Collaborative and forward thinking. The people are nice smart and interesting. Very easy to get along with folks

      Pros

      Great "VIP" pass for your family and friends at the theme parks

      Cons

      Unless you work in new venture, the business is pretty dull (a bit like a utility company). Very risk averse company. Very slow and "matrixed" decision process. A lot of "lifers" in middle management ranks that resist change.
