      Direct line management supportive in your role

      Cons

      Salary not competitive, no annual reviews, hardly any benefits. Staff given management titles lack people skills, unable to delegate tasks, micromanagement which is suffocating. No recognition unless you are part the elite group. Layoffs are concerning for job stability
