Great work atmosphere and so many opportunities to learn and grow. Management and supervision staff are always so helpful and thorough with trainings. Great place to work!

Pay could be a little better and staff turnover seems high which makes it a little stressful to continually train people that end up leaving

Management is absolutely horrendous. They do not value their employees at all. The favoritism is extremely obvious and unless you are liked socially by management you will not excel at this establishment. For a school that practices ABA daily, management only delivers harsh consequences to staff instead of reinforcement to promote a more barrable working environment.
