- some managers and employees are really good people but that is a small number
Cons
- fragmented systems - inconsistent and conflicting management behavior across departments - unwillingness to train and a "just figure it out" culture for high risk areas - culture of unnecessary escalation and wrongful framing of issue to protect themselves (managers) - Ageism bias in implementation and usage of AI tools - poor regard for deadlines - culture of hiding behind processes pertaining to employment management - company values seldom followed and often misconstrued in performance management
