Pros
RBS is nice company to work with. It has employee friendly environment in place to groom them for higher level. Thats the reason i found many people having more than 5+ years of experience. It provides execllent business and technincal exposure to gain.
Cons
During my tenure i found out that RBS india was not that aggressive in enough to grab the work and making it as a profit centre (which most ot the companies in similar line of business were eying upon). Thus leading to major job cut here in india as well.
