Pros
Great teamwork and community. Nationwide does alot of great charity work that you get to be a part of. The atmosphere is just very friendly and team oriented (In the corporate arena, not necessarily within agents).
Cons
They make you wait awhile before you're eligible to apply for other positions. It's also hard to deliver good customer service when there are policies and procedures within the company that work against you. Agents don't do a great job explaining policies and then we're left delivering the bad news.
