Pros

Great co-workers, great facility. Medium level management was great, but above that was absolutely terrible with their decision making.

Cons

Loved working here for the first few years, but things are definitely not trending in the right direction. There is essentially a hiring freeze which is going to last throughout the year (this happened last year too), so advancement is almost non-existent. People constantly have to take lateral jumps so they don't go crazy. They don't seem to care about retaining top talent, which is why a lot of people are jumping ship. Mediocre pay, below-average benefits, below-average bonus. Very low yearly raises (even for top performers). If you're looking for a role in Claims - you may want to steer clear. They implemented LEAN recently and it has basically just been about numbers and not the employee ever since. People now get put onto written warnings for things outside of their control.

Pros

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
