      Great company culture, work-life balance, team environment, remote work, PTO is flexible, good benefits overall, rental car discount is a nice perk

      Pay is average for the industry, pension plan vesting is 3 years (no COLA), digital experience is not keeping up with the industry, workflows are not streamlined
