Technology goals have very low thresholds for success. Leadership is opaque only sharing outcome of large changes after the ship has sailed. Compensation is outdated - I had a 20+ year tenured engineer that I had to give a higher cost of living adjustment just so they were on the bottom of the updated pay scale for the role.
