      Pros

      Flexibility to allow diffenent working hours in case you need. Can work from home when necessary. Can compensate time worked after shift. Good benefits.

      Cons

      * HR is terrible. I had to stay unemployeed for 12 days, working for free while they do their hiring processes. * Salary is not that good * I worked as a contractor for 3 years before Nestlé hired me * They kept the same salary I had as a contractor

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
