      Ummm not manu, didn't even give us nespresso, had to buy them yourself

      Cons

      Everything from culture through to business process, typically if a company has to keep telling you how much they care about the people it is usually a sign that they dont

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
