Pros
- Lots of diverse learning opportunities - Good salary structure for interns, compared to other competing FMCG companies in Bangladesh - Friendly culture and co-workers, overall.
Cons
- Toxic, manipulative and often rude behaviours from both the supervisor and team itself towards the intern - Complete lack of initiative and interest from HR and/or top management to retain interns or young talents in general, despite significant and innovative contributions from these very same interns, which is highly disappointing - Very strong orthodox mentality among a lot of people, including some senior managers (most unfortunately), which is not expected at all from the branch of such a well-renowned global MNC.
