Pros

-Great flexible working scheme especially for parents -Very fair pay, benefits and bonus scheme -Very passionate employees within most roles -A lot of useful resources for personal life such as finances, healthcare, etc -Amazing awareness of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging -Very supportive of work/ life balance especially for working parents

Cons

-Unclear structure for moving internally when you have come from external, and internal candidates are often prioritised into roles -Maternity pay is for a short number (4 months) compared to most companies (6 months) despite having a baby brand -Perhaps more schemes to help new families such as discounts on formula (SMA), teaming up with local nurseries for discount, family food vouchers or a new parent hamper to use up bad goods (coffees, snacks, etc) -Not much management training

Pros

You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

Cons

If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
