A great product and a fast-paced environment. Chance to learn many things and the compensation is great.

May not be a good fit for people who don't like to take ownership of their work.

- unrealistic expectations - unprofessional workplace (people are smoking and rolling cigarettes on calls, literally) - zero onboarding - insane backlog that prohibits any innovation - not an industry competitor - CEO has final say on every single design or feature decision making the process extremely bloated - your ideas do not matter - not even one single woman that works outside the HR department for this company
