great work ethic and passion for the employees on the ground level
Cons
the fact that mgmt is so concerned about the perception of their reputation that they insisted that all employees submit a glowingly positive review on Glassdoor (note the flurry of reviews added in Jan and Feb 1st of 2016 in response to a negative, yet accurate review). With all the press around the current lawsuits, it's difficult to maintain credibility within the field
