Pros
Company's vision, products, direction etc are great HR wants to help but their hands are tied up
Cons
-- No pay reviews, usually 1 or 2 in a team of 7-8 get a rise, annually, and that too a meagre 1-3% -- Middle level managers always dictate the things to be done, they hardly listens -- Unless you are an Israeli, no promotions -- Too many managers than the people executing the job -- No training and employee motivation related work -- Management thinks every employee is "replaceable" and don't care even if an extremely talented colleague leaves -- Purely commercial oriented decision making -- Over promises and under delivery to customers, employees - which is causing a lot of churn
