      Company is good. Colleagues are helpful.

      Cons

      Managers are not technical even their role says technical manager. Communication skills zero. I don't know why Nice is trying to become service based organisation by hiring dumb managers specially in NTR-X They already have all the things decided like to which employee they have to target and put in PIP and after that forcefully put him in a condition to resign.
