Pros

A lot of my colleagues, past and present, have really been team players. Demand is increasing from end users. Healthcare Packages are great.

Cons

Work-Life Balance has significantly decreased through the years.CEO cares very little about us lowly grunt workers. We are tricked and lied to constantly now. They changed the bonus payout without us knowing yet still holding out fiscal goals above our heads. YET even if you meet/exceed them, they now punish you in your annual bonus if EVERYONE did not meet minimum goals throughout the company. So basically we are underpaid already but, surprise, lose portions of our bonus because the C-Suite didn’t get every department to meet “goals”. Now they are forcing people who never worked in an office to go to an office where you get a “first come first serve” desk and no bump in salary. A lot of people didn’t get a raise in the first time in a decade yet the CEO got a nice $52M incentive pay( you can google it). This newish CEO and his board no longer care about the people who truly carry the company. There’s no respect and no incentive to work here anymore and I expect after the last few poor decisions made, there will be a mass exodus of all of the great talent that made Nutanix what it is today. I honestly wouldn’t waste your time trying to get a job here. It used to be an amazing company with amazing values and amazing support and appreciation, but it’s no longer that company.

Pros

Great place to work with great benefits.

Cons

Only negative is I feel the company has always been undervalued, so the stock has never performed well.

Pros

1. Free Snacks at office. 2. Friendly people around.

Cons

1. Some of the managers are very weak technically but they have so much power. 2. Very unheard for the amount of work being done in the company.
