Pros
They are a global presence and one of the most regulated brokers around, one of the financially strongest too.
They do have a very generous 25 days of leave and good employee benefits. Plus your colleagues there are really a fun bunch to be around.
Cons
Because of their flat structure, they don't have a proper career path for you to progress on. You just work and have little metrics to gauge whether you deserve a promotion and even then, there are few positions to get promoted to. You get randomly shifted around from your initial duties you signed up for.
They have one of the worst spreads around and participate in very dirty tactics to make money from clients. They would prefer to take care of clients rather than employees.
