Instead, you act more as a trusted advisor to your customers while gaining exposure to a wide range of companies and industries. One of the biggest strengths of the company is the opportunity for growth. They place a strong emphasis on promoting from within and investing in the talent already on the floor. Leadership does a great job identifying opportunities for employees to grow, not only in sales but in management as well.

Since the company is located outside of Nashville, the commute can be a downside for employees who prefer living in the city. Depending on where you live, the drive can become fairly long, especially during peak traffic hours.
