Pros

- Work-Life balance: 5weeks PTO, Paid Holidays, no guilt-trips when you need to take time off (in fact it's encouraged). - Growth Potential: Specifically, within the sales team there are several ways to grow and progress your career including team lead and manager positions. Lots of promoting from within. Also, great pathway into other departments. - Culture: The sales team is a fun & competitive environment. Everyone likes their coworkers and it's great to have people you can go out with after work. Leadership has open door policy that they actually follow and will help you grow and develop.

Cons

- Salary could be more competitive with the Nashville market/similar industries. (For me, the benefits are what make the role competitive). - Rarely any opportunity to travel, because it's Inside Sales. Would love to visit clients, trade shows and other company events.

Pros

Truly a great place to start a career. Even though it’s considered a sales role, it doesn’t feel like the typical cold-calling environment where you’re dialing hundreds of people every day. Instead, you act more as a trusted advisor to your customers while gaining exposure to a wide range of companies and industries. One of the biggest strengths of the company is the opportunity for growth. They place a strong emphasis on promoting from within and investing in the talent already on the floor. Leadership does a great job identifying opportunities for employees to grow, not only in sales but in management as well.

Cons

Since the company is located outside of Nashville, the commute can be a downside for employees who prefer living in the city. Depending on where you live, the drive can become fairly long, especially during peak traffic hours.
