Ample time off, new office in Franklin

Cons

Lots of egos, not a very competitive salary, CEO is an ego driven type guy that doesn’t believe in raises but touts his luxury sports car collection any chance he can. Lots of turnover.

Summer Fridays (thankfully because you will need them), they throw a lot of parties

Cons

micromanagement, extremely low pay, do not invest in their people, no upward mobility, toxic, no work/life balance, "get in line or get fired" mentality, leadership ignores forward thinking ideas and then takes credit for your ideas when it becomes convenient for their growth, culture of gossip in which the most manipulative are awarded
