Fun, high energy and positive work environment. I feel at home and surrounded by great people with the same drive and motivation that I do. There is opportunity to grow if you are passionate and are enthusiastic. A great challenge to be part of a growing and changing business.
Cons
It can be difficult to have a good work/life balance. The good thing is we put the extra work in because we care about what we are doing and it makes a difference. What can also be challenging is adapting to changes and growth with occurs at a rapid rate.
