Very cliquey with promotions only given to friends of management despite them lacking the skills to effectively do the role.
Terrible training programme which leaves individuals giving incorrect advice to customers and same mistakes are then repeated time and time again
If you raise any concerns, you will be labelled as negative and told that it is a fast growing company which appears to be the excuse for all issues.
No Christmas Party or events to save public image despite the work the teams have put in over the year.
