Pros
Working at octopus is a breath of fresh air in the construction industry. Coming from self employment which is 100mph 24/7. Working at octopus you are encouraged to slow down a bit, give great customer service and make sure the job is spot on. Loads of progression opportunities. All employees I’ve met are great. Given brand new van with full set of tools in first week. Just a great company who seem to really look after their people. As long as you do your job they are great
Cons
Little disorganised due to growth. Managers are aware of this and tell you in advanced. If you can bear with this it’s 10/10
