It’s great to hear you're happy with the uniform, the tools and the benefits we offer. We're also really pleased that you've recognised the career progression opportunities, supporting our people to grow and succeed is something we care deeply about.
We also appreciate you raising your concerns around the electric vans and the bonus structure. We take this kind of feedback seriously and are always looking at how we can make things better for our engineers.
We’re really proud that over 90% of our fleet is now fully electric, it’s a big step towards our commitment to net zero. That said, we know the switch comes with some challenges, especially around charging and range. We're working hard to address this by providing prepaid charging cards, installing chargers at eligible home addresses and reducing travel wherever we can. If you’ve got any other ideas that could help us improve further, we’d love to hear them!
On the bonus structure, that’s something we’re actively reviewing right now, and we hope to share some updates with the team soon. We want to make sure our incentives fairly reflect all the hard work and dedication shown across the board.
