Cons
Support Management doesn't listen. Performers get penalized by picking up the slack of others. Patterns of others are overlooked that are obvious. (e.g. case load gets high, mysterious sickness so cases can be re-distributed to others; rinse and repeated) -- Burnout factor is high due the above -- Cases are not distributed evenly (again performers get penalized) -- Processes are made up on-the-fly to appease situations, however NOT thoroughly thought out -- Processes are not enforced for everyone, even when on the same Team -- When you speak up about anything, you become a target Stay away from Support.
