Pros

-product improves every year -Auth0 and Spera purchase good -they’re looking into ID proofing to be more well rounded -intelligent teammates -has ESP -has big logos -big federal customers

Cons

-upper manager and middle management sinking the ship, all upper management received a promotion in titles -Splunk hires in management are awful -lots of toxicity in CSM and AE worlds -lots of bad deals were made post c*vid resulting in current churn and slow YOY growth -no transparency -lay offs are new normal, 1-2x a year, expect another for new fiscal -HR is bad -little to no upward mobility -pay stagnant -AEs are revolving door, many awful hires -Microsoft eating our lunch due to company’s consolidation -new review system for contributors to stack rank is creating a lot of brown noises. -work loads have increased tremendously

Good company benefits - private healthcare, employee stock purchase programme Annual sales kickoff

Cons

All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
