      You have endless resources to learn and grow inside the company. The majority of people are willing to help you along the way.

      Cons

      Company grew too fast and culture is not the same. Leadership only cares about numbers and the people side is being forgotten. Leadership does not take feedback.

      Pros

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
