Biased environment - Administrative Assistant Open Gates Group Employee Review

CEO has to essentially babysit the COO. Attend meetings that the COO should be running. Then the COO micromanages the lower level managers. The COO provides extreme tolerance for poor employee behavior if those employees are his close friends. While on the reverse he bullies those that aren't his friends, but rub his friends the wrong way. One specific friend of his is mocked by the director team for his lazyness- - - and yet many others have been fired for commenting on it. Its turned into a "Boys club" and if you're not in it, you're not believed.
