Young environment. Intelligent people working in both trading and IT. High standards to get into the firm.
Cons
The company is projected as a flat organization with open communication and career progression. In reality, many of those in management are only out for themselves and are willing to throw others under the bus to advance their own careers. There is a lot of young talent in the company but a program to foster and advance careers is sorely lacking leading to many young people leaving after a few years making money ....instead of staying with the company to move into management roles. It is a constant churn and burn of talent.
