Pros
The pay is good, although not market-leading, and can become really incredible if you somehow succeed here You will learn a lot and get real trading experience sooner than at most firms
Cons
Prepare to be shouted at, sworn at and see a constant stream of talented colleages let go because they didn't buy into the cult. Working here is a race to become an overpaid manager before anybody exposes that you actually aren't that good at the job itself. Feedback is opaque and often witheld or not put in writing to protect the giver. If you're senior or well-liked you can get away with behavior that would be unacceptable anywhere else; if not then tread very carefully. Everybody's goal is simply to make enough money to retire and get the hell out before their mental health is irreversibly damaged.
