Pros

No.1 The people! No matter which location you are working in, the people are fantastic. Although we have offices across England & one in Scotland, it feels like we all know each other. We live our values and take care of our customers, candidates and each other. Our products and services portfolio sets us apart from many of our competitors Ethically ran company Lots of opportunity to develop your career. Management encourage employees to take responsibility for developing skills and experience, whilst supporting and encouraging. Collaborative working environment. Even in a Sales related role, you never feel you are on your own. Great office locations.

Cons

We are changing all of the time and adding to our products and services so you must be someone who embraces change and is willing to adapt. Workloads can be demanding at times but the challenges can be motivating and the rewards and recognition are good too.

Pros

I had a great experience working at Outsource UK, surrounded by genuine and supportive people. While the situation that led to me leaving wasn’t ideal, it ultimately led to a positive career change.

Cons

I initially inherited an underperforming and inexperienced team, but after bringing in my own hires, performance improved significantly, and two of those team members are still with the business today. However, over time, my entire team was gradually removed, but based on conversations with management I was going to be given an account of my own to develop. This didn’t happen and transparency is an area where they could improve. Within a few weeks this account was given to someone new without any discussion. After this I found it challenging to work in an environment where commitments were not always followed through. I was excited about the opportunity and the growth it would bring. However, I was left feeling overlooked and undervalued. This lack of transparency made it difficult to stay engaged, as it became clear that key decisions were being made without proper communication. It was frustrating to invest time and effort into a company that didn’t fully recognise or follow through its commitments. Despite raising this issue with management the decision was made to stick with giving the new hire the account. Ultimately, this experience pushed me to reconsider my career path, and while it was disappointing at the time, it led me to pursue a new direction that I am now grateful for.

Pros

No pros about working here

Cons

Toxic environment, very cliquey, dread coming to work. A lot of talking behind peoples back. Not flexible working (although states it is) Set days in the office and you must do at least 3 days per week, no flexi working times - long hours, 8:30-5:30 Openly talks about no career progression due to being a "small company" No bonus or staff incentives.
