      Pros

      Loved the team of volunteers I got to manage and work with. The job is very rewarding if you feel strongly about the cause and gives some good retail experience

      Cons

      Constant sales targets on new goods that are poor quality. Felt bad having to upsell tacky items.

      Pros

      Even after careful reflection, i struggle to think of a pro

      Cons

      Bad directors, bad management, awful culture, some very senior people are completey toxic. HR runs the show and its causing people misery. Since leaving i've realised a lot of the behaviours are very very bad indeed and hurtful to peoples mental health. I wish the remaining employees well and hope they too escape.
