      Great employees who are willing to go the extra mile

      Cons

      Lack of support and resources, even when justifiably advocated for, are never listened to nor taken action upon/followed up by senior leadership. Everything is “wing it” with no care for structure, quality/proper training, skill development, not even HE training for supervisors too.

      Awesome place and people - complex and large finance operation and balance sheet yet still small enough to make an impact and build up solutions from the ground floor - creative place!
