Pros
The pay is good and the opportunity to bonus is good. Events that are held by the company have always been fun. They don't skimp. Co-workers are friendly and everyone here seems like they want to do well at their job which makes our jobs easier.
Cons
Being hired on as a remote employee and then told that I have to come into the office was offputting but the amount that we have to go in isn't that bad and is actually nice to be able to build our team together.
