Honestly none that I can think of, easiest job you could get basically hire anyone.
Cons
Management and Team Leaders are a disaster, Basically all scared to tell you to do things unless they've been spoken to someone from higher up also have no social life as you aren't set a time to leave work as it changed everyday.
