Pros

-Nice pantry with plenty of snacks and drinks. -Provide free breakfast, lunch or tea break. -Offers many activities to bond with colleagues during/after work. -Very casual dressing. You will be allowed to wear tshirt, shorts and sneakers to work.

Cons

- Management are very fickle minded, resulting us having to spend more time redoing the work - Lack of clear explanation and expectation. Poor support from managers. Constantly changing SOP and adding more work to the plate, expecting that these additional work would actually enhance the company sales. - Top management level enjoy walking around the office and monitor us. Sometimes they would even question our work and ask us to do unnecessary work that is not within our job scope. - Although Puma is an MNC that practice global initiatives on employees well-being, leadership training etc, it is for “show” only. Management lacks empathy and did not check on their staff well being. - Some manager only care for themselves to perform well in front to the top management. And they enjoy nitpicking and reprimanding on small mistakes. -Top management are forever not satisfied with the work. They always look for something to pick on.
