I spent nearly four years at PVH, and my experience there was nothing short of amazing. The people were the reason I stayed for the long term—their professionalism and the strong bond within our team kept us together. Even during times of tight budgets, we always found ways to make meaningful moments count. I was also fortunate to work under an incredible Employer Branding Director, whose wisdom and guidance significantly accelerated my career growth. If PVH ever opens another Employer Branding role, I’d highly recommend it to anyone passionate about the field—or I might just apply again myself!
Cons
Although I had an amazing team and the opportunity to contribute to major projects, the approval process and effort required to get things off the ground could be challenging. Patience and clear communication were essential to move initiatives forward. Budget constraints were also a factor, making resourcefulness a key skill in getting things done.
